After exploring the tourist attractions in Huế, extend your journey with Vietnam Motor Trail to discover the hidden gems beyond the city limits. Our unique day tour takes you off the beaten path, visiting amazing sights that many tourists miss and only we are offering.
You’ll drive down the coast through small villages and rice fields to the Phú Diễn Temple that was discovered in 2001, buried 10 meters deep under a sand hill. It’s said to be built in 6th or 7th century by the ChamPa people. Continue our journey to An Bằng to explore the fascinating City of Tombs, where thousands of grand family tombs are built in a vast complex with clever architectural designs, perhaps the only place like it in the world. Continue traversing the countryside with the lagoon on one side, and the ocean on the other. This area is famous for their fish sauce, and we’ll stop at Thuận An beach to have rest and lunch. We’ll ride the maze of local roads between farmhouses with views of water buffalo and duck and fish farms to explore the Tam Giang Lagoon, where you’ll see the local fisherman going about their daily life. Afterwards, we’ll return back to Huế.
